Enrollment Form

Dear Parents/ Students,
Minimum age for enrollment of a student is 5 years.You are requested to go through the sections, "Class Discipline"and "Fee Discipine" before enrolling, Submitting the form implies that you are in agreement with the terms.

Class Discipline

  • Adherance to certain rules would help the centre maintain the high standards of training.
  • Arriving at the hall 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
  • Attire that looks aesthetic and doesnt cause inconvenience to the class.
  • Mobile phones in silent mode.
  • Parents seated at a good distance and not indulge in any kind of conversation.

Fee Discipline

  • Payment of fee at the prescribed time would ensure confusion- free administration. Requesting all to go through the following:
  • Fee to be credited before the second of every month.
  • There would be no extra classes and reimbursement in case of the student missing out on sessions.
  • Extra classes would be held in case of class cancellation and would be informed in advance.

Classes

The institute offers classes in Melbourne at Bentleigh ( opposite McKinnon Reserve )

  • Juniors (7 years +) Friday evenings Saturdays 10 - 11am

  • Juniors. ( 5 - 7 years) Friday evenings Saturdays, 11 - 12 am

  • Senior batches and Private lessons run throughout weekdays..

    The minimum age to begin training would be 5 years..
